There is an opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner / IFA Manager to join a highly respected national wealth management business in their Borehamwood office.

• Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Oversee advice quality
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, appraisals and performance reviews
  • Observe client meetings to ensure consistent high-quality advice delivery
• Advisor Development & Mentoring
  • Coach and mentor Financial Planners and trainees
  • Support technical development and career progression within the team
  • Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Business Growth & Client Strategy
  • Manage prospect pipelines and contribute to growth initiatives
  • Work closely with operational and paraplanning support teams to ensure smooth client delivery
• Client Advisory
  • Maintain a personal client book
  • Deliver complex, holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and legacy planning

• Have experience as a Financial Planner (typically 5+ years)
• Be Chartered or close to Chartered status
• Be confident working with high-net-worth and complex clients
• Have strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning
• Be comfortable leading, coaching and holding advisers to high standards
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

• Salary circa £80,000 – £90,000 base
