Position: Commercial Administrator (3-month FTC)

Looking to build your commercial finance experience in a fast‑paced role where your work directly supports business performance and growth? Join Elysium Healthcare as a Commercial Administrator on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract and play an important role in supporting annual fee uplift activity across the business. In this varied position, you will support the delivery of commercial pricing processes, helping to ensure the cashflow required to support the organisations ongoing success.

Working closely with Operations, Finance and Marketing teams, you will maintain accurate process data, complete system updates and audit systems to ensure pricing changes and updates are completed accurately and on time. You will also liaise with internal teams and customers to support pricing queries, verify commercial arrangements and progress pricing updates, ensuring all work is clearly evidenced and managed efficiently.

Main duties of the job

As a Commercial Administrator at Elysium Healthcare, your role will involve supporting annual fee uplift activities. You will be aiding in the implementation of commercial pricing processes to support the organization’s financial performance, collaborating with various teams to maintain accurate data, update systems, and ensure timely completion of pricing modifications. A key part of your responsibilities will be to liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to address pricing inquiries, confirm commercial arrangements, and advance pricing updates.

This role will facilitate the development of your commercial finance expertise, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management proficiency, all within a supportive and team‑oriented setting.
