This is a full-time, on-site role located in Borehamwood for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, consulting with clients to understand their staffing needs, and facilitating interviews. The consultant will maintain clear communication with stakeholders, build relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all parties.

• Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Consulting skills to effectively partner with clients and understand their needs
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
• Proven organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the Healthcare or Social Care sectors is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
