• Achieve and exceed sales growth targets
• Conduct QBRs and face‑to‑face client meetings
• Create and present technology roadmaps and proposals
• Communicate technology updates and company changes
• Address client queries and act on feedback
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate advice

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience engaging and negotiating with C‑level executives
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology plans
• Solid technical understanding of core products and security concepts
• Proven success in exceeding IT and security sales targets
• 5+ years in MSP or similar environment and customer success
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
