Elysium Healthcare is seeking an Incident Reporting Administrator to support and improve our Incident Management System (IMS) for patient safety. You will work with clinical, IT and governance teams to translate requirements into actionable system enhancements and ensure regulatory alignment.
You will monitor usage, develop dashboards, and contribute to KPI reporting, driving safe, compliant and auditable incident management across the organisation.
