Paid Social Associate Director London | Hybrid £50,000- £60,000 depending on experience. We're recruiting a Paid Social Associate Director to lead Paid Social strategy and activation across EMEA for a globally recognised brand. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for campaign excellence, innovation, stakeholder management and team development across multiple markets. What You'll Do Lead Paid Social strategy across EMEA markets.

Oversee campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting. Deliver performance insights and testing roadmaps that drive business outcomes. Build senior relationships with key social platforms and internal stakeholders. Lead, coach and develop Paid Social talent across regional teams. Drive operational excellence, governance and best practice across all markets. About You Proven experience leading large-scale Paid Social programmes. Strong expertise across Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube and emerging platforms.

Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and leadership skills. Commercially minded with a passion for innovation and performance marketing.
