We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property investment and asset management group that owns and oversees 100,000+ residential leasehold properties across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property & Compliance Manager to join their Asset Protection Team, ensuring full statutory compliance across a residential portfolio managed by external agents.
As the Property Compliance Manager you will take ownership of fire, health & safety, and building safety compliance, ensuring all statutory obligations are met and properly documented across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee fire, health & building safety compliance
- Manage statutory testing and audit programmes
- Review RAMS, insurance, and contractor performance
- Conduct site audits and ensure legislative compliance
