Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) seeks a Team Leader for the Thumbswoom Mother and Baby Unit, Kingfisher Court, Radlett. You will lead a 7-bed inpatient unit for mothers and babies, driving high‑quality assessment, risk management and care coordination.
You will work with the Service Manager and leadership colleagues to support, develop and direct the team, ensuring excellent supervision and collaborative care for service users and carers.
