Electrical Fitter required for a manufacturing company based in Hertfordshire. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of special purpose machinery.
Role & Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for building special purpose machinery from start to finish.
- This will require fitting of sub-assemblies
- Fitting sub-assemblies to produce the final build
- Point to point wiring, cable crimping, looming & terminating work
- Ability to mark out, drill holes is essential for this role.
- Must be able to read assembly drawings and instructions.
- Must be able to use various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers, allen keys, torque wrenches as well as crimping tools.
- Ability to use measuring gauges such as verniers and micrometers is essential for this role.
- Overtime available at an enhanced rate.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
