Life as an Acquisition Manager

As Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across our EU and ROW markets, driving revenue through all acquisition channels - including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and SEO. You will be responsible for delivering high-performing, insight-driven campaigns that support both our DTC and EU Amazon businesses.

Working closely with external agencies and internal teams, you’ll challenge partners to continuously optimise performance and push for excellence, ensuring we hit and exceed ambitious commercial targets. You’ll lead the launch and ongoing optimisation of in-channel activity across multiple markets, driving customer acquisition at scale while balancing efficiency and ROI. You’ll be commercially minded and data-driven, with a proven track record in managing and optimising paid media - whether in-house or at an agency.

Experience with the Amazon platform is a strong advantage, but more important is your ambition to grow, learn, and build your expertise in this space. This role reports into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, EMEA and will play a pivotal part in shaping our international performance marketing success.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead acquisition marketing strategy across EU and ROW markets, driving performance through always-on campaigns and key trading moments across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Amazon Advertising.
  • Own and manage the paid media calendar, ensuring localisation of campaigns by market and aligning activity with regional trading priorities, marketing calendars, and commercial goals.
  • Partner closely with external agencies and internal teams (creative, brand, social, influencer, and Amazon) to deliver high-performing, localised campaign activations tailored to market-specific audiences and behaviours.
  • Oversee the creative briefing and development process for all acquisition channels (D2C and Amazon), ensuring assets meet channel best practices and are optimised for performance by market and platform.
  • Lead performance analysis and reporting across all acquisition channels, identifying trends, sharing actionable insights with the wider team, and driving continuous optimisation across creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce teams to develop and test market-specific landing pages that support paid campaigns and improve onsite conversion across all regions.
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities within new platforms, channels, or audiences across EU and ROW, ensuring acquisition strategies are innovative, scalable, and locally relevant.
The successful candidate will:
  • Bring proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience, giving them a well-rounded understanding of performance marketing dynamics and collaboration models.
  • Have hands-on experience managing or overseeing Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns, either directly or through performance agencies - with a strong track record of driving growth through strategic planning, creative testing, and optimisation.
  • Possess a strong interest in Amazon Advertising; prior experience is a plus, but most importantly, they demonstrate a strong desire to build expertise and grow the channel’s contribution to the wider acquisition mix.
  • Be confident managing multi-market campaign calendars, working cross-functionally with internal creative, brand, and eCommerce teams to launch locally relevant, high-performing campaigns.
  • Have experience building strong relationships with external agencies and platform partners, effectively challenging them to push performance, deliver against KPIs, and test new approaches.
  • Be highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and use results to inform and refine future campaign strategies across markets and channels.
  • Be a proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and adapting to the evolving needs of high-growth international markets.
