Bank registered general nurse at New Court Place, a residential home run by Shaftesbury for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, with respite care and services for 16 to 18 year olds. The work centres on clinical care, assessments, medication administration and carrying care plans through to evaluation. It is bank work in a large accessible building with daily nursing care.
A valid NMC PIN is required and visa sponsorship is not available.
- Deliver the highest standard of clinical care to everyone supported
- Carry out assessments of people supported
- Administer medication
- Implement and evaluate care plans
- Valid NMC PIN, with details provided to Shaftesbury
- Enhanced DBS or Access NI check
- £30 gift voucher for all staff if the service is rated good by CQC, or £50 if outstanding (terms apply)
- Recognition letter from the Executive Leadership Team, and a gift voucher up to £50 for going above and beyond
- Training package for all staff
- Holiday pay for accrued leave % of hours worked, up to 5.6 weeks a year
