Registered General Nurse post at New Court Place, a residential home run by Shaftesbury Group, a disability charity. The role centres on clinical care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, including assessments, medication administration and care planning. It is a 24-hour-a-week residential nursing post, with a valid NMC PIN that must be held and supplied to the employer.
What the job involves- Ensure the highest standard of clinical care for all people supported
- Carry out assessments
- Administer medication
- Implement and evaluate care plans
- Valid NMC PIN, with details provided to Shaftesbury
- Enhanced DBS or Access NI check
- Birthday day off from annual leave for frontline care staff
- £30 gift voucher for all staff if CQC rated good in all domains, £50 if outstanding
- Recognition letter or gift voucher up to £50 for going above and beyond
- Training package for all staff
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 28 days after 5 years
