About the role

Join haart Estate Agents as an Estate Agent Partner in Borehamwood. The role offers a unique partnership model that blends the flexibility of a self‑employed setup with the support of an established estate agency. You will build and develop your own local estate agency, providing an end‑to‑end service from valuation to completion of sale.

Main purpose of the role

The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency. You will represent the brand, build a personal client base, and offer a personalised, end‑to‑end service to customers. The role balances entrepreneurial freedom with comprehensive support from local branch teams, central lead management, proprietary technology, and industry‑leading marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a local estate agency business in the Borehamwood area.
  • Provide an end‑to‑end estate agency service for customers, from initial valuation to sale completion.
  • Develop and maintain local relationships and generate business through marketing and personal brand promotion.
  • Utilise company‑provided technology, lead management and marketing support to maximise performance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & experience
  • Proven experience as an estate agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong sales, marketing and customer‑service skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and property regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build your own client base.
