The Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Success Advisor to join our growing team in Borehamwood. You’ll be the first warm, confident voice for our buyers and sellers—handling enquiries, providing reassurance, and guiding customers through every step of their journey with UKH.

This is a sales role with heart: it’s about converting enquiries into successful deals, while delivering the friendly, trusted service that sets us apart.

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound enquiries (web, phone, email) and qualify customer needs.

Guide buyers and sellers through the process, explaining how UKH works with warmth and clarity.

Book viewings, progress deals, and follow a structured sales process while adapting to each customer.

Proactively follow up with warm leads and past customers to keep momentum.

Use our tools (currently Office/Excel, moving to CRM) to manage the pipeline and keep meticulous notes.

Liaise with the Operations (Dismantle & Delivery) team to ensure a smooth handover once sales are agreed.

Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, referrals, and partner opportunities.

Protect UKH’s reputation by delivering friendly, professional, solution-focused service at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in sales or customer service
, ideally converting inbound enquiries into revenue.

A caring, confident communicator who can build trust quickly.

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with processes and checklists.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) is a plus.

Interest in kitchens, interiors, or sustainable luxury is helpful—but not essential.

Clear written and spoken English; right to work in the UK.
