We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to become a point of contact for clients.
You will be in constant contact with clients, building relationships and ensuring they get the attention they deserve. You will be responsible for regularly checking in and fully understanding their needs.
Delivering the best client experience is a huge part of our mission, and this role is pivotal to making this happen!
Could you be our next superstar?Ideal applicants will have 1-3+ years’ experience and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and develop strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues alike
- Excellent attention to detail and well-established organisational skills
- Be proactive and a problem solver
- Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
- Be interested in technology (IT experience is ideal)
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to progress with the company
The full-time role is based in our Head Office in Borehamwood (North London).
