Role OverviewWe’re seeking an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in IT and telecoms sales. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and guiding clients through digital transformation. Responsibilities include creating and presenting technology roadmaps, driving account growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Manage and grow a named account base
- Drive lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular client reviews and QBRs
- Present technology roadmaps and proposals to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and price solutions
- Ensure proposals meet client needs and deliver ROI
- Represent Redsquid at client meetings and industry events
- Proven ability to lead and close sales opportunities
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and its business impact
- Organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Energetic, proactive, and confident communicator
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- Minimum 5 years in IT or telecoms sales
- Demonstrable success in selling IT, WAN, UC, and Voice solutions
- Experience presenting business cases and ROI for technical solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
