The solution combines smart hygiene equipment with structured service plans, enabling organisations to adopt reusable culture at scale, without compromising cleanliness, safety or convenience.

The company is now launching in the UK, creating a rare opportunity to join the founding commercial team and play a pivotal role in national growth.

The Opportunity – Sales Executive

This role sits at the very start of the UK sales engine. It blends inbound lead management, proactive outbound activity, discovery conversations and conversion to service plans.

You will:
  • Follow up on inbound B2B enquiries generated through marketing and partnerships
  • Run targeted outbound outreach via phone and email
  • Qualify prospects and open new commercial conversations
  • Arrange and book meetings for the Sales Manager and handle smaller deals
  • Present a compelling value proposition focused on sustainability, hygiene and cost efficiency
  • Own monthly sales targets and deliver consistent results
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management within the CRM
  • Build momentum through referrals, retention and outstanding customer experience

You’ll have genuine autonomy and visibility... your activity will directly shape the success of the UK launch and long-term market share!

What We’re Looking For
  • Sales or telesales experience, closing preferred
  • Confident, clear communicator—especially on the phone
  • Self-driven, organised and target-motivated
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and learning a disruptive B2B solution
Nice to have
  • B2B experience with office, facilities or hospitality audiences
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot
