What youll do

• Drive Conference & Events revenue through proactive selling and strong enquiry conversion
• Manage enquiries, proposals, contracts and booking details with pace and accuracy
• Build relationships with clients, agents, and local business contacts to grow new and repeat business
• Work closely with hotel teams to maximise event and bedroom revenue
• Keep event handovers, schedules and billing organised and on time
