We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our energetic UK Commercial team. The UK Commercial department is responsible for accelerating brand growth and managing high-value retail partnerships across the region. In this role, you will lead, maintain, and expand our strategic relationships with two of our key retail partners:
Sephora and Harrods, while supporting the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) and our wider business‑to‑business (B2B) channels.

You will conduct in‑depth commercial analysis, share actionable insights, and identify new opportunities to achieve ambitious growth targets. If you bring an analytical mindset, creative problem‑solving skills, and a passion for the skincare industry, this position offers an outstanding platform to make a high‑visibility impact.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Forecasting & Delivery: Accurately forecast and manage retail and net sales for your account portfolio, manage stock risks, identify commercial opportunities, and evaluate brand activity performance and ROI.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture collaborative relationships across all account levels—including buying, merchandising, and marketing—to secure strong, mutually beneficial support plans for the brand.
  • Inventory & Assortment Management: Lead product forecasting for core lines and new product developments (NPD) in partnership with demand planning to maintain ideal stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Commercial Strategy & Negotiations: Conduct positive commercial negotiations covering pricing, distribution, product placement, and in‑store visibility, driving sustainable growth through Joint Business Plan ownership.
  • Data & Insights: Consistently utilise brand and retailer data to understand customer purchasing trends, informing future strategies around acquisition, retention, and spend frequency.
  • Cross‑Functional Process Leadership: Serve as the trusted commercial lead on key operational processes (including stock‑on‑hand reviews and launch cycles), coordinating with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver reviews and recommendations on time.
