Package: Up to £35,000 + mileage + benefits

Industry: Property Services / Fire Safety

• Carrying out scheduled fire door inspections across multiple residential and commercial sites.
• Completing detailed reports using digital tools and software.
• Flagging and documenting any defects, wear or compliance issues, following up on actions.
• Keeping accurate records of all inspections and findings.
• Working closely with site managers, contractors and residents to maintain clear communication.
• Staying up to date with fire safety regulations, standards and training requirements.
• Supporting wider fire safety audits and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Attending workshops and training sessions to further develop your knowledge.

• Background in fire door inspection or broader fire safety (preferred, not essential).
• Sharp attention to detail and an eye for potential safety risks.
• Confident communicator — written, verbal and digital.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple inspection schedules.
• Proactive, adaptable and self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Comfortable using technology for reporting and record keeping.
