Pears zoekt een HBO-begeleider om jongeren tussen 6 en 16 jaar te unterstützen. Je zorgt voor structuur, begeleidt dagelijkse activiteiten en werkt samen met ouders en professionals. Je stelt begeleidingsdoelen, bewaakt de voortgang en draagt bij aan een veilige en welkome omgeving.
De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding zorg/sociaal domein, SKJ-registratie en ervaring met trauma en hechting bij jongeren. Werken in een afwisselende, soms onregelmatige dienst hoort erbij.
