Golden Plains Specialty Clinic located in Borger, TX is currently seeking a Family Practice Physician.

Requirements: Texas Licensed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive wages, sign-on bonus, and RVU bonus.
• Physician professional dues and fees (subject to approval):
  Texas Medical Association dues, Texas medical license fees, DEA registration costs, Texas DPS Controlled Substance registration fees, and specialty board, AMA or sub-specialty association dues.
• CME reimbursement: $3,000 per contract year for IRS-allowed CME expenses, five working weekdays per year (separate from PTO), subject to approval. No carryover of days or expenses. Expenses for certification, recertification, books, and periodicals charged against CME allowances.
• Benefits provided at hospital’s expense: professional liability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance (up to $150,000).
• Other benefits at physician’s expense: employee health insurance (80/20), dependent health insurance, dental, vision, supplemental life, short-term disability, retirement plan.
• Relocation allowance: up to $10,000.
• Educational loan forgiveness: up to $1,000 monthly. Located in a HPSA designated area.

Additional Requirements: Participation in appointed and medical staff committees, quality, and performance improvement activities. High standard of conduct expected.
