Golden Plains Specialty Clinic located in Borger, TX is currently seeking a Family Practice Physician with OB.
Texas Licensed.
Competitive Wages, Sign-on Bonus and RVU Bonus.
Professional Dues and Fees- Subject to approval:
Texas Medical Association dues;
Texas medical license fees, DEA registration costs, and Texas DPS Controlled Substance registration fees; and specialty board, AMA or sub-specialty association dues.
- $3,000 per contract year for IRS-allowed CME expenses, five working weekdays per year (separate from PTO), subject to approval.
- Carryover of days or expenses is not allowed.
- Time and expenses for specialty certification, specialty recertification, books and periodicals shall be charged against CME allowances.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Long term disability insurance.
- Life insurance policy with maximum $150,000.
- Employee health insurance 80/20.
- Dependent health insurance.
- Dental insurance.

Not to exceed $10,000.
