Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Overview

Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide accessible, cost-effective, quality rehabilitative therapy to patients in an inpatient, outpatient, and home health environment.

The successful candidate will promote teamwork with personnel, physicians, and other departments.

• Sign-on bonus of $10,000
• Relocation package up to $20,000
• Student loan forgiveness up to $1500 paid directly to the vendor
• Housing allowance of $1500 for up to one year

Our hospital is located in the Texas Panhandle with access to various attractions.

• Bachelor's or Master's of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or LPTA.
• Licensed by the State of Texas.
• Must be able to provide direct and supervised patient care.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards
• Must be able to pass the required exams successfully.
• Knowledge of the principles of physical therapy across the life span, to assess age-specific needs of patients, and to provide them with appropriate care.
• Must be familiar with the standards of care regarding inpatients and outpatients.
