Patient Account Representative (PAR) – Full Time – Admissions
Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a Full Time Patient Account Representative to support patient financial services. Hours and days may vary.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate patient account information and resolve billing inquiries.
- Manage patient balances, payments, and insurance verification.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Advance responsibilities as required by the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Typing and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a healthcare financial setting is beneficial but not required.
- Starting rate: $13.49 per hour (no experience required).
