Hours:

Monday-Friday; 8A-5P (1-hour lunch) plus rota ng weekends on call

Rate: $32 to $52.15 depending on experience
Sign-on bonus: $10,000
Relocation (will require receipts): $10,000-$20,000
Student Loan Forgiveness: $1,500 a month paid directly to the Lender
Housing Allowance up to 6 months: $1,500

Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed by the State of Texas
Must be able to provide direct and supervised patient care
Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in
the performance standards
Must be able to successfully pass required exams

Knowledge of the principles of physical therapy across the life span, to assess age
- specific needs of children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients to provide them with

appropriate care
Must be familiar with the standards of care regarding inpatients, outpatients, and home
health patients.
