Loader​/unloder ; clean criminal record

PostNL Zaltbommel is looking for motivated Loaders/Unloaders with experience to join a dynamic team. You will be loading and unloading trucks with roll containers or loose packages, weighing 10–30 kg. This role is physically demanding and mostly takes place during night shifts, so comfort with night work and physical fitness are essential.

• Load and unload trucks filled with roll containers or loose packages (10–30 kg)
• Ensure all parcels are handled safely and efficiently
• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues
• Sort and organize packages according to delivery routes
• Follow safety protocols at all times
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced and sometimes hectic environment
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the loading/unloading area
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
• Adapt to night shifts and changing schedules while maintaining productivity

• Night hours: 22:00–24:00 → 120%
• Night hours: 24:00–06:00 → 130%
• Saturday 00:00–24:00 → 140%
• Sunday → 200%
• 30% night shift bonus included

Employees can work a maximum of night shigts per year (approx. 4 nights/week).

• Previous experience in loading/unloading or warehouse work is mandatory
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting
• Clean criminal record (needed when applying, before arrival)
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common area (kitchen, bathroom)
• Accept working in separate shifts and departments when applying with a friend or partner
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety regulations and company procedures
• B1 English

IMPORTANT:
People can only start working once they have received their BSN number and their file is complete, this includes the passport/ taxform. Before people can start working, their files needs to be complete. They may have to start a few days late if they’re not able to complete the digital onboarding right away.
