Allen Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Inside Support. This role is essential in supporting our operations through accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, and inside support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Receiving Material
- Job Costing
- Ordering Material
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Ability to compile and analyze data and prioritize work to meet deadlines
