• Answer phone calls on a multi-line system and provide assistance to dental offices in a professional manner.
• Effectively manage phone calls and computer tasks simultaneously.
• Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare cases for delivery and shipment.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Receive and process incoming cases.
• Prepare billing for cases.
• Communicate with technicians and dental offices in a professional manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Dental experience a plus.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
