Multifamily Superintendent – Ground-up Construction – Shreveport, LA (Local or Travelers w/Per Diem)

Originally founded in the early 1980s, the company was acquired by current leadership over 20 years ago. Critical Opportunity

Role: Multifamily Superintendent

Location: Shreveport, LA

NOTE: The client has a strong preference for someone local to the Shreveport area but is open to travelers with relevant experience. Full travel packages can be discussed for non-local candidates.

Role Insight

The company recently received the “notice to proceed” for a new, ground-up multifamily development. This project includes multiple low-rise residential buildings, a clubhouse, and full site amenities.
