Front Desk Attendant

About the Role:

As a Guest Check-In Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a memorable experience. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth start to their visit. Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and efficient, creating a welcoming environment while keeping operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome.
• Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations.
• Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized check-in area.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies.
• Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
