Credit Analyst

Do you enjoy solving financial puzzles and helping businesses stay on track? We’re looking for a Credit Analyst who’s sharp, organized, and great with people to join our team.

• Review financial statements, credit reports, and data to assess customer creditworthiness
• Evaluate risk, recommend credit limits, and support smart credit decisions
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, AP, and Finance to keep accounts running smoothly
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve outstanding balances and set repayment plans
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of collection laws is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
