Do you enjoy solving financial puzzles and helping businesses stay on track? We’re looking for a Credit Analyst who’s sharp, organized, and great with people to join our team.
What You’ll Do- Review financial statements, credit reports, and data to assess customer creditworthiness
- Evaluate risk, recommend credit limits, and support smart credit decisions
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, AP, and Finance to keep accounts running smoothly
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve outstanding balances and set repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with credit and collection policies
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of collection laws is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
