The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is seeking a full‑time Hotel Houseman to join our housekeeping support team. This position starts at $11.00‑$12.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Provide a frontline housekeeping service, delivering outstanding experiences to clients’ guests.
• Report room discrepancies and maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests, delivering amenities, towels, and other items.
• Perform additional services as directed.

• Meet productivity standards and complete work within approved time and budget.
• Observe safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, use chemicals and equipment properly, and wear gloves when cleaning guest rooms.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, including working holidays, weekends, and other shifts as needed.
• Report lost and found articles, maintenance issues, “Do Not Disturb” and “Refuse Service” notices to the supervisor.

• 21 years old or older.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lb occasionally and perform general cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying throughout the shift.
• Use hands to operate cleaning equipment and perform a variety of cleaning duties.
• Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of surfaces.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; six months of houseman experience is a plus.
