Salary: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour |

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping staff and ensure top‑notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our high‑profile facilities.

• Supervise the work activities of Guest Room Attendants and Hotel Housemen to maintain clean, orderly rooms and common areas.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, grounds, and exterior spaces for cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Assign duties, inspect completed work, and investigate housekeeping service complaints.
• Perform inventories and maintain proper par levels.
• Create cleaning schedules based on room status and upcoming check‑outs or admissions.
• Coordinate with managers, desk clerks, or admitting personnel to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Motivate team members and resolve on‑the‑job issues.
• Issue supplies and equipment to staff.

• Strong command of English; bilingual is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of hotel services and housekeeping operations.
• Professional image and confidence with leadership skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and follow‑up.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and team‑management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform general cleaning tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift.
• Customer‑service orientation: respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.
