Pro Sphere (PST), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking several individuals for the position of Customer Service Technician. Persons in this position will be the Tier 1 first respondent to end-user requests for assistance in operating and troubleshooting their computing systems, software, peripherals, and other devices. The successful candidate must be able to assist users using manuals and non-scripted or automated system responses to clear Tier 1 trouble tickets.

They must interact effectively with users and refer unresolved issues to Tier 2 support teams. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work as part of a team with Government and contractor personnel nationwide. These are full-time positions located in Bossier City, LA. Veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions And

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide routine IT customer support for computing systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Analyze and report on daily ticket resolution rates.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT services and assist customers with reported issues.
  • Use an automated ticketing system daily.
  • Handle a range of hardware and network issues in a high-volume environment.
  • Manage all trouble tickets from creation to resolution.
Minimum Requirements
  • Live within 1 hour of Bossier City, LA (6310 E Texas St).
  • Onsite once a week.
  • Obtain and maintain a security clearance for public trust positions.
  • High school diploma required; technical certifications preferred.
  • Experience in IT support preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops and laptops.
  • Experience supporting federal government or VA is a plus.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed; may lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work overtime occasionally and sit for long periods.
