Pro Sphere (PST) is seeking several Customer Service Technicians in Bossier City, LA to serve as Tier 1 responders for end-user IT requests, including computing systems, printers, and peripherals. You will triage issues and escalate to Tier 2 while maintaining clear communication with users.
