Porter’s Industrial is seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Crew Member to join our team. As a crew member working in the wash alley, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and operating industrial washers and dryers, driving seamless plant floor operations.

We offer a 4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday 5 AM–2 PM, Friday 5 AM–12 PM). Saturdays and Sundays off.

• Wash – load, unload, and operate washing machines per formulation and sequence.
• Dry – load and unload dryers.
• Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated areas.
• Monitor detergent supplies and report equipment malfunctions.
• Accurately record production processes.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork and record keeping on time.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for a 10‑hour shift.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic math skills using American units (weight, volume, distance).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
