- Read blueprints and design specs to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances
- Set tooling, feeds, and speeds for maximum efficiency
- Troubleshoot and adjust programs to maintain quality output
- Support machinists with setups and best practices
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
