BULK SELECTOR – Imperial Trading

Base pay: $14.00/hr plus bonuses for attendance and pick rate.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. until finished.

Responsible for pulling product using equipment in any assigned area.

• Operate electric pallet jack or order picker to pull product; read nomenclature and unit of measure and confirm data with the product in the bin location.
• Properly pack product in the sequence of pick‑slips.
• Place all boxes on a pallet by stop sequence where needed.
• Follow guidelines to ensure no damage to product during loading or shipping.
• Place labels containing product, customer information and load number on boxes.
• Pull bulk product and move to the merge location.
• Report to work on time and complete duties in a timely manner.
• Perform duties cooperatively and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness of area at the end of shift.
• Be subject to cross‑training into other jobs within the organization based on company needs.

Light physical activity with possible repetitive light strenuous activities. Must stand, use hands, reach, occasionally walk, talk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be a certified electric pallet jack operator. Regularly lift 10–25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Requires good vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).

Warehouse environment with moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, wet humid conditions. Certain selectors work in refrigerator and freezer (suits, gloves, face or head gear provided). Noise level usually moderate.
