is searching for a
Safety Focused
Plasma Machine Operator for our Bossier City, LA plant. Our Machine Operators are part of a team that’s motivated to do a great job. As a Plasma Table Operator, you’ll set up and operate production equipment, monitor tolerances and other control components to adhere to specifications.

It is the largest U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass hopper barge covers used primarily on grain barges. Additionally, NABRICO Marine Products provides a full line of deck hardware to the marine industry, including hatches, castings, and winches for towboats and dock facilities.

• Operate CNC Plasma equipment
• Read and interpret drawing and DXF burn files
• Deburr parts
• Inventory control of plate stock
• Use basic measuring devices and has working knowledge of shop math
• Perform general housekeeping/clean up in assigned work area
• Follow all safety processes and procedures
• Maintains and completes all required records
• Ability to function as a team member
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience with machine operation is preferred
• Work requires the ability to read blueprints and shop orders, and to write in order to complete standard records
• Must have knowledge and ability to set up, trouble shoot, and operate complex machines
• Demonstrates ability to operate multiple machines in the department
• Overhead Crane experience
• Computer skills are beneficial
• Ability to use hand tools, including measuring tape
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
