This opportunity is based on a Machine Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Requirements Previous machine-operating or production experience Must pass a measurement assessment Ability to read a tape measure Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic hand-tool knowledge preferred Ability to follow instructions and learn machine operations Ability to organize work and materials efficiently Ability to stand, twist, kneel, and lift throughout the shift Strong teamwork skills Steel-toed boots, jeans, and a solid-colored T-shirt required Must pass a seven-year background check Must pass a 10-panel drug screening, including THC Job Duties Set up and operate production machinery Inspect hardwood and plywood components Verify component sizes and measurements Organize five components for drawer-box assembly Apply glue and place components into a clamp Activate the clamp and inspect product fit Staple drawer bottoms Send completed products to inspection Correct or report nonconforming products Cross-train on up-cut saws, machining, and material handling Clean machinery and work areas daily Support team production goals Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
