Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Shreveport-Bossier City area for a Program Manager at Junior Achievement of North Louisiana. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing educational programs to empower students with the necessary skills in financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship. The role includes managing program delivery, maintaining relationships with schools and community stakeholders, recruiting and training volunteers, and ensuring program quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications- Program Management, Organizational, and Coordination skills
- Interpersonal, Communication, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Educational Program Development and Community Engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Passion for youth development, education, and community impact
- Experience in non-profit management or education-related programs is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
