Combining evidence‑based medication assisted treatment with counseling and behavioral services, Apple Gate offers the most successful option for many patients.

• Knowledge of substances of abuse, addiction disease, and detoxification signs and symptoms.
• Collects and records complete HPI, assessment, and plan for each patient in a comprehensive, accurate, and systematic manner.
• Counsels patients to help them understand limitations and abilities.
• Documents patient progress/regress according to established policies during appointments or upon notification of change in status from clinical coordinator or treatment center director.
• Supervises and instructs patients in oral medication self‑administration and health education as needed.
• Applies program policies and procedures.

• Must be licensed in the state of Louisiana.
• Passes satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
