What you’ll do:- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Conduct process audits and gather data for analysis
- Help implement quality control plans and monitor key metrics
- Assist in root cause analysis (8D, QRQC) to resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with teams to optimize production processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality
