• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety checks, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, cleaning and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with locating merchandise and purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment operation and sanitation, cold chain procedures, and area cleanliness.

• Ensure high-quality products are available for members; maintain temperature control and proper handling of products; dispose of lesser-quality items as needed.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
