The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Food and Consumable associates focus on two primary responsibilities: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Associates move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
