The Store Manager is responsible for all areas of hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role is a vital aspect in building, developing, and leading a friendly, service‑oriented barista team and exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values. As the Store Manager you will work directly with the Director of Operations and receive hands‑on leadership training in all areas of this role.

• Successfully open and stabilize store to reach annual net sales goals.
