Sales Representative

This full-time Sales Representative role is based on-site in Shreveport, LA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their roofing and remodeling needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales effectively. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing estimates, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional duties include collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed about industry trends and company offerings.

• Sales skills, including client engagement, lead generation, and closing sales
• Communication abilities such as active listening, verbal skills, and presentation delivery
• Customer service and relationship management skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Knowledge or experience in the roofing and remodeling industry preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software or technology tools to manage customer interactions
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for customer meeting
