Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're looking for a residential roofing sales leader who'd rather coach winners than carry a personal quota. You'll lead a team of 5 residential sales reps with no personal sales number — your win is the team's win. Strong lead flow, proven systems, and a high-performing production team behind you.
Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop 5 residential sales representatives day to day.
- Recruit and onboard new reps to grow the team.
- Train reps in in-home, damage-assessment, and retail residential roofing sales approaches.
- Hold the team accountable to CRM usage, documentation standards, and process adherence.
- Drive revenue through leadership — not personal production. No individual sales quota.
- Partner with operations and production to keep pipeline-to-install conversion strong.
- Residential roofing or construction sales experience.
- Strong preference for leadership over personal deal-closing.
- Organized, process-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Commitment to building long-term value — for reps, customers, and the company.
- Leadership compensation tied to team performance.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Strong operational and production support — proven systems behind you.
- Clear growth path into senior leadership as Brown's scales.
